Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Packers spent the 168th overall pick on Jehiem Oatis, a name the board had a full 183 spots lower. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C+ in the wash.

Singleton falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.
