Everything else got attention, and quarterback got none. That is a strange way for the Colts to leave a draft.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Royer. Reaching for Perkins Jr. left real value on the table behind him. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

The back end got a real overhaul.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
