Draft Grade — Titans
Overall

The Titans did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B. The one they had to fix is still broken. The Titans left running back untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.
Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.
Pick Analysis
Pick3
Rnd1
Francis Mauigoa
In slot 3 they get an anchor for the offensive line. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick35
Rnd2
Tyreak Sapp
A market-rate edge rusher, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Tyreak Sapp. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Pick67
Rnd3
Caleb Lomu
Caleb Lomu in No. 67 is fine work, a shade of surplus and no downside. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick103
Rnd4
Jack Endries
Jack Endries at Round 4, Pick 1 nudges the ledger their way without any fuss. The roster fit checks out.
Pick181
Rnd6
Bryce Foster
Bryce Foster at the 181st overall pick is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Pick204
Rnd6
Anthony Evans III
Anthony Evans III in pick No. 204 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick216
Rnd6
Bear Alexander
Bear Alexander in the 216th pick is fair value, right on his grade. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
