There is a lot to like until you notice wide receiver is still a hole. The Panthers never got to the one that mattered most. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
