The Steelers let Harvey fall into their laps, and walked away with a B. When a board-topper like DJ Harvey slides to No. 213, you do not overthink it, and the Steelers did not. The bottom line is a respectable B.
With quarterback, edge rusher and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on offensive lineman is the choice that costs them. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback.
