Nobody dealt better than the Steelers this weekend: B+. The Steelers looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Thomas Collins at the 253rd overall pick regardless, 60 picks early. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.
Landing Rivers that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.
It is not that Tiernan is a bad player; it is that the Steelers had louder needs to answer first.
A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
