Call it larceny. Noah Fifita sat on the board until Round 6, Pick 19, and the Cardinals did not need to be asked twice.

Smith has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.

In Round 1, Pick 17 they get protection for the quarterback, a steep price for the projection. It fills the loudest need on the roster.

A reasonable price with a little left over, CJ Allen in the Round 2 slot. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.

Somehow Elijah Sarratt was still sitting there in No. 81, and they pounced on premier wide receiver value. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
