The Steelers fleeced the room on the phones and earned a A-. Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Jordan White at the 214th pick is 53 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline.
They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. The Tate pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. It is not that Goosby is a bad player; it is that the Steelers had louder needs to answer first.
The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.
In the end it comes back to Mansoor Delane, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
