The Steelers checked most of the boxes and earned a B. The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Steelers reached some 45 spots for DJ Campbell, and value like that does not grow back. Good, not great, and the B says as much.
On value alone, Allar makes the weekend a net positive. The Steelers indulged a want in Jones while a need in interior defensive lineman and edge rusher stayed open.
That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
