Draft Grade — Titans
Overall
A-
ValueB

FutureA
The Titans robbed the room for Love. Final grade: A-. The Titans ran the phones like sharks, prying loose value on deal after deal until the ledger was lopsided. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A- to cap it.
The Love pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Adding Daniel Jones by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.
Bottom line, with Keldric Faulk leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
Pick Analysis
Pick8
Rnd1
Keldric Faulk
In No. 8 they get a premier pass rusher. The biggest hole, addressed.
Pick35
Rnd2
Jeremiyah Love
Jeremiyah Love in pick No. 35 is a gift, value that borders on unfair. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick49
Rnd2
Michael Taaffe
Michael Taaffe at the 49th pick is money in the bank, a safety taken below his worth. Useful depth more than a marquee fix.
Pick67
Rnd3
Zane Durant
They read the board right and Zane Durant was the payoff at the 67th overall pick. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Pick103
Rnd4
Kenyon Sadiq
Nice patience on Kenyon Sadiq, who had no business lasting to pick 103. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
Pick114
Rnd4
Daylen Everette
Daylen Everette in Round 4, Pick 12 is a bargain the rest of the room will envy. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
Pick117
Rnd4
Austin Romaine
Good price on Austin Romaine in Round 4, Pick 15, a hair ahead of his grade with no real quibbles. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick153
Rnd5
Cameron Calhoun
Nothing to complain about; Cameron Calhoun went a shade earlier than his grade, which is fine. Pure best-available; the position was not exactly begging.
Pick181
Rnd6
Jaishawn Barham
A slide stopped in No. 181, with Jaishawn Barham worth more than the price. A need, and now a little less of one.
Pick192
Rnd6
J.Michael Sturdivant
Value with a capital V on J.Michael Sturdivant in slot 192, a genuine coup. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Pick204
Rnd6
Marquis Johnson
They paid sticker price for Marquis Johnson in pick 204, and that is fine. It fills a real need, too.
Pick211
Rnd6
Riley Mahlman
Riley Mahlman at pick No. 211 is a sensible buy, a touch better than market for the offensive lineman. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick216
Rnd6
Jalen Catalon
Good things come to war rooms that wait, and Jalen Catalon at the Round 6 slot is the proof. Depth on depth, at a spot that was hardly crying out.
Pick227
Rnd7
Dante Dowdell
They did well to land Dante Dowdell in the 227th pick, just ahead of his grade. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
