Nobody else had Caden Curry anywhere near slot 68. The Eagles did, by 57 spots, and that gap is the whole story. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

They banked enough surplus on Hecht to cover a lot of smaller sins. That safety hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
