The 49ers torched the value chart for Zavion Thomas, taking him 53 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Banks steal is the beam this whole class leans on. Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.

They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.
