The Concepcion pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.

With linebacker, interior defensive lineman and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on safety is the choice that costs them. The back end got a real overhaul.
