The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Nussmeier has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Job largely done: quarterback settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the interior defensive lineman spot they never got to.
