The Bills robbed the room for Allen. Final grade: A-.

The Bills ran the phones like sharks, prying loose value on deal after deal until the ledger was lopsided. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A- to cap it.

Landing Allen that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The Zvada pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

Trust the process, because this time the process plainly worked.
