They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Jaden Platt, 457 picks early at pick No. 18. A mixed bag that lands at C.

The Wheatley value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.

Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

If Gennings Dunker and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
