Boards are made to be trusted, and the Chiefs shredded theirs for Vincent Anthony Jr.. He came off 61 spots early, and the room will hear about it. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. They will answer for taking cornerback early while wide receiver, offensive lineman and other spots went begging.

That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Scott.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, wide receiver very much included.
