You build a draft on nights like this. Tyreak Sapp had no business being available in No. 252, and the Bengals did the only sane thing and turned in the card.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Harbor has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and tight end is still a hole.
