Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Saints spent the 36th pick on Makhi Hughes, a name the board had a full 164 spots lower.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Landing Robinson that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.
