The Cowboys cashed the board's mistake on Daniels: D.

The Cowboys lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D is the result.

The Kilgore pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with wide receiver, running back and other spots still on the board. The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. If Louis pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Daniels.

The verdict is not kind, and fairly so; this class has a hill to climb.
