The phones sank the Cowboys this weekend: D-.

The Derrick Moore selection is the head-turner. The Cowboys reached 42 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. Too much went sideways, and the D- is the honest tally.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. On value alone, McNeil-Warren makes the weekend a net positive.

It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.

In the Round 1 slot they get a sideline-to-sideline linebacker, even if it was a touch early. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
