The Bengals lost the trade table, and the D tells the story. The Bengals spent real capital to be 184 picks early on Jalon Daniels, and the board is going to hold them to it.
That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through cornerback.
They will answer for taking safety early while cornerback and running back went begging.
