The Buccaneers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Zachariah Branch fell into the 86th pick. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

The Grimes pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
