More right than wrong for the Patriots, and a B to prove it.

The Patriots let the board come to them and it handed over Joe Royer in the 131st overall pick, comfortably the best value of their weekend.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. They will need Foster to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 7 of 8 of the wish list covered.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
