You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Packers did exactly that with Hayden Conner in slot 198. The process wobbled, and the D- is where it lands.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. The Grant pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
