Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Packers spent the 198th overall pick on Thor Griffith, a name the board had a full 100 spots lower.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

That Hancock pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
