Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Caleb Rogers got past him. The Packers do not have to explain a thing at Round 7, Pick 21. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

The West pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
