The board owed the Packers one, and it paid up: TreVeyon Henderson, the No. 53 name on the board, sitting there at Round 3, Pick 26 like a gift left on the doorstep. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

The Vinson pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. A whole weekend of picks and tight end is somehow still a want.

The Packers clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before. On the needs board they went 7 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
