They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Dylan Fairchild, 23 picks early at pick 81.

The Harmon pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. The tight end spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
