The steal of the weekend belongs to the Chargers and Bassa: B.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Chargers were there to profit. Jeffrey Bassa, the No. 122 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick 209.

They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
