A costly weekend of dealing drags the Packers to a D-.

The Packers bet big and early on Jasheen Davis, 89 picks ahead of the board. Bold does not always mean right. A D- that will need time and luck to look better.

That is a running back worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere.

The Packers paired the rookies with proven help, Quentin Johnston leading the way. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

A rough weekend that leaves the roster with more questions than answers.
