You build a draft on nights like this. Cody Simon had no business being available in No. 199, and the Chargers did the only sane thing and turned in the card.

The Frazier pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
