The steal of the weekend belongs to the Packers and Phillips: D+.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Packers did exactly that with Joshua Simon in the Round 7 slot. The process wobbled, and the D+ is where it lands.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Phillips. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
