The Packers treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending pick No. 257 on Jasheen Davis a full 104 spots early. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

The Horton pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Packers clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
