The board owed the Packers one, and it paid up: Kobe King, the No. 138 name on the board, sitting there at Round 6, Pick 22 like a gift left on the doorstep. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

Williams has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
