The Cowboys fleeced the room on the phones and earned a B+.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Cowboys did exactly that with Akheem Mesidor in the 209th overall pick.

However the rest shakes out, Neal at that price is a win they earned. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
