Draft Grade — Giants
Overall A
ValueA NeedB TradesA+ FutureA+
Best value of the weekend goes to the Giants for Harris: A.

Thirty-one other rooms let Tre Harris slide, and the Giants were the ones holding the card at Round 4, Pick 6. Highway robbery.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. The safety hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Brian Thomas Jr. gives the group a proven body among the projects.

Bottom line, they did the job about as well as it can be done.

Pick Analysis
Pick11 Rnd1 Ashton Jeanty
Ashton Jeanty slipping to Round 1, Pick 11 is the kind of luck good rooms make for themselves. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Pick36 Rnd2 Travis Hunter
A top-tier cornerback at a bargain, Travis Hunter in the Round 2 slot, plain and simple. The roster fit checks out.
Pick40 Rnd2 Cam Ward
Circle this one: Cam Ward at pick No. 40 is a fall that decides a draft. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick71 Rnd3 Walter Nolen
Walter Nolen at the 71st pick is the steal of the weekend, a first-round talent at a bargain-bin price. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick107 Rnd4 Tre Harris
A wide receiver of that caliber at the 107th overall pick is the definition of value, full stop. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick134 Rnd4 Xavier Restrepo
The board fumbled Xavier Restrepo all the way to pick 134, and they scooped it up. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
