Grand theft in Round 7, Pick 28: the Bears steal Moss and grade out a D-. When the story of this class is written, it opens with Jimmy Horn Jr. at the 232nd pick, a reach of 62 spots that the board flatly disagrees with.
Getting Moss where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down.
They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Campbell pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with edge rusher, cornerback and other spots still on the board.
Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
