The Commanders clearly saw something nobody else did in Steven Parker, taking him 310 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. For now it grades a C, with the swing picks left to settle the rest.

Getting Trapilo where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through tight end. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Call it incomplete, and check back in a couple of seasons.
