The Cowboys went off the board in a big way for Seth McGowan, 389 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another. The good and the questionable cancel out to a C-.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Ersery. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own.

The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Yaya Diaby pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

Bottom line, the swing picks will decide whether this ages well.
