Larceny in pick No. 151 lands the Dolphins a B-, Horton and all.

Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Tory Horton got past him. The Dolphins do not have to explain a thing at the 151st overall pick. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

They will need Crenshaw-Dickson to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The Dolphins indulged a want in Winston Jr. while a need in edge rusher and linebacker stayed open. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
