The Dolphins checked most of the boxes and earned a B-.

The war room fell hard for Addison West, and it showed at the 156th pick: 38 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. Spending an early pick on safety with edge rusher and linebacker open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
