The Dolphins did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B-.

Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Dolphins spent the 156th overall pick on Addison West, a name most had 39 spots down the list. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

That is a linebacker worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. It is not that Winston Jr. is a bad player; it is that the Dolphins had louder needs to answer first. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
