No fireworks, just a tidy B- for the Dolphins.

The Chimere Dike selection is the head-turner. The Dolphins reached 46 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

That McCord pick is the receipt they will wave around later. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

The Winston Jr. pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at edge rusher and linebacker. On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with quarterback the one that mattered most.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
