After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Titans committed. Cam Ward is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

They banked enough surplus on Felton to cover a lot of smaller sins. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. They will need Kiser to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.
