Nobody else had Shilo Sanders anywhere near pick No. 107. The Jaguars did, by 184 spots, and that gap is the whole story. Fine in stretches, shaky in others: a C+.

On value alone, Swinson makes the weekend a net positive. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

The verdict is a shrug for now, with the swing picks left to write the real ending.
