The rest of the league had time to spare on James Burnip; the Jaguars did not wait, grabbing him 52 spots ahead at pick 107.

The Winston Jr. pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. The Jaguars indulged a want in Burnip while a need in quarterback stayed open. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
