Nobody else had Benjamin Morrison anywhere near No. 2. The Colts did, by 38 spots, and that gap is the whole story.

Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. With wide receiver, quarterback and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on cornerback is the choice that costs them. However the rest shakes out, Harvey at that price is a win they earned.
