Larceny in pick No. 176 lands the Ravens a D, Phillips and all.

Somebody in No. 176 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Ravens sat still while Jordan Phillips, the No. 108 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback.

The cost of the Vinson reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They trusted the board more than the depth chart.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
