Sanders should have been long gone. The Chargers pounced, and earned a B.

Somebody in Round 2, Pick 23 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Chargers sat still while Shedeur Sanders, the No. 13 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. On the needs board they went 7 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
